1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 555 hehe platform and all services offered under it. Every user is legally obligated to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" means the 555 hehe website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has opened an account on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Balance" means the real money deposited into a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds received as part of a promotion, which cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

1.2 Binding Nature of the Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, a user is considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you object to any term, you are requested to refrain from using the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use 555 hehe, a user must be 21 years of age or older. It is strictly prohibited for minors to open an account, and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and the balances may be confiscated.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

At the time of registration, members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 555 hehe reserves the right to close an account and void any winnings if false information is found to have been provided.

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

When a withdrawal is requested, or whenever deemed necessary, 555 hehe may ask for documents to verify a member's identity. These may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

3.2 Password Protection

Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the member's responsibility. Sharing the password or login details with anyone else is prohibited. If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, 555 hehe support must be notified immediately.

3.3 Liability for Account Use

The member is fully responsible for all activity carried out on the account, whether authorised or not. Use of another person's account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

555 hehe currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are processed and credited to the account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

Withdrawals can be made through the same channels as deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum amount per withdrawal request is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.
• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal method be the same.

4.4 Source of Funds

The member confirms that the funds being deposited come from a legitimate source and that they are the rightful owner of those funds. 555 hehe reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is not cash — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they receive a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, a total of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used in actual gameplay and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If real funds are withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• If signs of bonus abuse are detected, 555 hehe reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.3 Other Promotions

Regular cashback offers, seasonal promotions, and special event promotions are announced from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.

6 VIP Program

The 555 hehe VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members move up to higher tiers through regular play.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback on the week's net losses.

Net loss is the total amount lost during the week minus the total amount won. For example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback is credited to the account every Monday or on a designated day. A wagering requirement may apply before cashback funds can be withdrawn; this will be stated separately for each offer.
